With 20+ years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and professor working on 6 continents, Stephanie specializes in organizational and personal transformation by connecting people to ideas for progressive change. She loves creating cultures that thrive. Whether it’s start-ups or organizations in transition or those ready for even more success, she has the unique combination of skills to do it. Her vast international experience brings valuable perspectives to any team.

Stephanie expertly combines positive psychology with theories and practices of behavioral economics, diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, experiential education, group dynamics, and organizational development. In her roles as a consultant and a facilitator, she has worked globally with corporations, NGOs, universities, and not-for-profit organizations.

Her clients include Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Mercy Corps oPt-Gaza, Fulbright, USGS, University of Virginia, and Georgia O’Keeffe Museum. Stephanie is a contributing writer to multiple publications, an accomplished conference presenter and keynote speaker.

Professional Training and Education

Stephanie earned her M.A. in Leadership, Education, and the Arts from Long Island University, a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan, and numerous certificates from the Intercultural Communication Institute (such as Teaming Across Difference, Training for International Transitions, Social Justice and Intercultural Communication in the Global Context) and the Rotary International Foundation (Peace and Conflict Studies at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand).

Fun Stuff

Stephanie has climbed glaciers in New Zealand, swum with sharks and rays in Belize, built roads with hilltribe villages in Thailand, made jewelry with Native experts in the Navajo Nation, felt bombs exploding in Gaza, circumnavigated the globe on a ship, did a crocodile safari in Australia, and survived the Team Flipper white water rafting accident in Nepal. She yearns to make the world a better place through supporting you to create a Culture of Appreciation in your organization.

When she’s not engaged in super-human feats of helping businesses soar with success, Stephanie enjoys yoga, ecstatic dance, and kayaking while relishing in her quirky obsession with numerous flavors of over 72% organic dark chocolate.
